*Includes prescriptions for recommended hormones (progesterone, estradiol, and/or testosterone). Ability to add additional bioidentical hormones (including thyroid optimization). All additional medications or recommended supplements are individualized and billed separately. Medication and supplement plans vary based on each patient’s needs and preferences.
All inclusive packages (option for all medications bought by provider and shipped directly to your house $500/12 weeks).
