We’ll do a free 15 minute discovery call to discuss your symptoms, concerns, and goals. If it seems we will be a good match, forms will be sent to your e-mail, labs will be ordered and we will schedule a 1 hour consultation to review labs and discuss further plans.

**A $100 consultation fee will be due prior to lab orders for the provider's time.

Initial Consultation

We will have a one on one 60 minute consultation once labs are complete to review results, and discuss plan.  If optimization is recommended, you will receive customized dosing of hormones which includes 12 weeks of prescriptions and management of hormone optimization therapy (progesterone, testosterone, estradiol) based on your lab work and current symptoms including HRT through injections, pills, patches, or a topical cream if necessary. Pellet therapy is not performed at this office.

As your body responds, you’ll feel improvements in energy, mental clarity, and overall wellness. We’ll provide ongoing support to help you maintain your hormonal balance and make adjustments to your regimen as needed to achieve health optimization. Quarterly follow ups, access to member-only educational resources, and access to patient portal with direct communication with provider.
